Capture each carefully referenced core with multiple markers and multiple planes. Use the TMA navigator to move from core to core, eliminating issues with location tracking and minimizing potential errors. Annotate each core manually or automate analysis for virtually any probe kit.

Powerful – advanced approaches to fl uorescent capture

Use the multiple exposure Z-stack blending process to cope with sample heterogeneity in large tissue sections and inherent in TMA preparations. In one capture pass use multiple exposures to ensure all the information is captured and permanently recorded. Review Z-stack planes through the viewer or compress into a single image. Remove noisy background for sharper signal viewing and ensure you capture every fl uorescent detail.
