GETTING INTO ARIBA1.2 Select the Register button if you do not have an Ariba account. If you

have a previous Ariba account select the Login button.

If you are selecting Register, you will be required to fill out preliminary information about yourself/organization. You will be required to set up a User ID that is typically an email address. After registering, you will be asked to confirm your email address. This will allow you to enter the site.

sign into your Ariba account using your User ID and password (OR if you are just logging in you will be brought to this site).

If you find a situation where the SPQ screen is not coming up or you have accidentally clicked out of it without hitting the Blue Submit button, click on the Customer Requested tab. This will take you to the screen below. Click on The Nielsen Company to populate the SPQ window again.

GOOD TO KNOW KEY POINTS1. Accurately complete all mandatory questions on the SPQ to

prevent any potential interruption during the payment process2. Make sure your address matches the address that is submitted on the

invoice! If it doesn’t, vendor will not receive payment3. Please make sure that you have the correct information from your

Nielsen contact or this will further delay the process4. Remember to hit the Submit button once the SPQ has been

completed5. If you already have an Ariba account you do not have to make a new

account, please just link your account to the Nielsen invite6. If experiencing technical difficulties getting the SPQ to appear, try an

incognito window or deleting browser cookies7. Allow 3-5 business days for approval from North American vendors

and allow 5-7 business days for approval from International vendors
