- Piano Bar, as singing bartender and waitress. Shifts included Saturday evenings Piano Bar
Singing Waitress (2 1/2 years) and 2nd Bartender (4 years); other evening shifts, and
weekend Happy Hours. Cabaret Room, bartender and waitress for a wide variety of shows
and audiences. Several shifts, including Friday and Saturday evenings (three shows).
- Duties: making/serving drinks, set-up and closing, working cash register, counting out bank
at end of evening and making drop, bussing tables and entertaining. Extremely fast, clean,
and reliable. Excellent customer service and team player. Availability for sub work/last
minute replacements.
Gay Pride Day 1991 - 1996:
- 9 hour shift with non-stop customer base (located on parade route). Substantially
