DIRECTIONS OF USEConnect the charging cable to the docking pod then place the straightener into the docking pod and leave to charge for 1-2 hours. Once it is charged to its full capacity, you are ready to style. First unlock the straightener using the switch located at the base, then turn on the straightener by moving the power switch located on the front of the straightener. The digital display will light up blue and the heat temperature will appear. To adjust the temperature setting, simply use the + or - buttons provided (see temperature guide below).

STRAIGHTENING1. Prepare hair by making sure it is clean, dry and brushed.2. Depending on hair type and hair length, use a comb and section clips to separate hair into layers and sections. 3. Move the straightener over the sectioned hair starting at the roots about ¼” away from the scalp. Run the straightener slowly through to the ends of the hair with light-medium pressure. 4. Repeat this process section by section until hair is completely straightened, soft and smooth as silk. 5. Transfer 1-2 pumps of the Argan Hair & Skin Treatment on to finger tips. Apply to hair after stying from mid-lengths to ends for a soft, shiny finish and to tame fly-aways.

CURLING1. Prepare hair by making sure it is clean, dry and brushed. 2. Depending on hair type and hair length, use a comb and section clips to separate hair into layers and sections. 3. Take a small section of hair and place it inside the Argan Cordless Straightener. Then twist the straightener inwards about a half-turn and then pull, then twist again, then pull. Keep repeating this until the end of the hair is reached. For a more beachy feel, keep the very ends of the hair out of the straightener. 4. Comb fingers through or brush to break up the curls for a softer more natural look. Flick hair over and use your hands to shake your hair out for a fuller look. 5. Transfer 1-2 pumps of the Argan Hair & Skin Treatment on to finger tips. Apply to hair after stying from mid-lengths to ends for a soft, shiny finish and to tame fly-aways. For a tighter curl, twist the mid-shaft to ends around the entire iron mimicking what you would do with a curling iron. For more variation and imperfection with the style, switch the direction of your curls, vary the section size, and start the curls at different parts of the sections. Change the direction of the curls around the face, to have them sweep inward or outward. This is a personal preference that is entirely up to the end user.

STORINGYour Argan Cordless Straightener is designed to be a robust product, however due to the state of–the–art technology it needs to be looked after. Simply follow the guidelines below:• Do not contaminate any part of this styling tool with any solution, hair colour or dye.• Always unplug the styling tool from the main power supply immediately after use.• Keep the main power cord well away from the plates while they are still hot.• Store your styling tool when the plates are cool, using the “Lock” feature and docking pod to keep the plates clean and safe.• Ensure the plates do not come in contact with any heat sensitive materials or surfaces while they are still hot. We reccomend placing the straightener on the heat proof pouch provided during styling.• To keep the cord in good condition use the cord tidy velcro strap.

CLEANINGBefore cleaning make sure the power is switched off. Disconnect from the power source and let the straightener cool down completely. When the plates are cold, wipe gently with a slightly damp lint-free cloth. Do not wipe with any harsh detergents, abrasives, solvents or chemical cleaners as this may cause malfunc-tion and will void the warranty.
