Industrial, commercial and all other buildings need special and continuing care during the silent hours when you yourself are not available. This is possible with irregular interval patrols bytrained security guards.
Security Officers basic training is extended toinclude the specialist knowledge required tounderstand your particular risks. Their detailedfunction is carried out strictly in accordance withrequirements in the security survey agreed with you.
Their inspection rounds are continuously monitoredby a system of station points placed at agreedlocations, together with tracking systems in everyvehicle. Reports are checked daily by ArenaManagement and copies can be sent monthly or atthe client’s request. The Security Officers are alsosubject to frequent inspection by Supervisors duringtheir tour of duty. The individual Security Officersare controlled during their duties from the CentralControl in your area.
This system is economical yet offers acomprehensive degree of protection.

If your premises are sufficiently protected by anintruder alarm system, Arena Security can saveyou and your employees the risk andinconvenience of being called out when analarm goes off.
Keys are kept in totally secure custody. Uponalarm activation we will send a licensedResponse Officer to check the premises, resetalarms and, if necessary, remain in the premisesuntil your staff or alarm engineer arrive. Alloperations are carried out to high standards ofBS7984 and with complete co-operation withPolice Authorities.
Officers are fully monitored by our ControlCentre operatives to ensure their total safety.

Our in-house training department is City andGuilds accredited. The Training Centre, headedby Steve Gibson, is renowned as a centre ofexcellence providing a comprehensive range ofsecurity related courses.
In addition to Licence to Practice and ConflictManagement + Resolution, a full range of IOSHHealth And Safety training is provided to ourSecurity Guards.
