The Areas

Walsall divided into 6 areas All partners’ structures work in all 6 areas Focus in a Neighbourhood / hotspot

Improving Engagement

Aim: all front line workers are engagement officers

A referral hub Taking the meeting to the people Engagement on door steps, at schools,

supermarkets etc.

Community Meetings At least 4 per year in each one Led by councillors Develop an area plan Holds partners accountable to the plan Has influence over resources (Total Plan)

Mini LSPs Meet once per month Partners appropriate to need Area Tasking

Places of Focus

Meeting once per week Virtual team of partners Plan to solve a local problem within

1-3 years
