Walsall divided into 6 areas All partners’ structures work in all 6 areas Focus in a Neighbourhood / hotspot

Improving Engagement

Aim: all front line workers are engagement officers

A referral hub Taking the meeting to the people Engagement on door steps, at schools,

supermarkets etc.
