In UTAPS..select “IMA/PIRR Schedule”

ALO Points reflect in UTAPS automatically for Cat E (primary duty) and Cat B (IMA) ALOs

Cat B (IMA) will show grey until “send to pay”

Blue outline means “points only”

Black color means “Sent To Pay”

Dates in PCR should match UTAPS…

Next…UTAPS Should Match PCARS

Note: Pay office transmits points from UTAPS to PCARS (via pay system)

Common Problems

• Pay account not established with RPO• Glitches between pay system and MILPDS (most resolve
