Provide information and materials to help individuals to:

• Understand what resources are available in the community in which you live,work or go to during the day.

• Make Personal Disaster Preparation • Identify needed Disaster Supplies • Deciding on “What is in Your GO Bag”

Understand what resource are available in your community:

• Make a list of your local Emergency Management Services.

• Get to know the agencies/organizations in your community that assist in a disaster.

• Network with your family, friends and neighbors Before a Disaster occurs.

• Review your communities disaster plan.

Learn how to complete the following:

• Emergency Information List

• Medical Information List

• Disability-Related Supplies and Special Equipment List

• What You Can Do to Prepare for a Disaster
