We are currently hiring a class of interns for March 2015.
We are currently seeking self motivated individuals with a competitive drive and passion for trading to join us as Interns. The Internship Programme lasts 12 weeks. Upon successful completion of the Programme, the best candidates will be offered a position as a Trainee Trader.
During the internship programme individuals shadow and interact with Traders so that they can gain a better insight into what “a day in the life” of a trader involves.
As a Trainee Trader you will receive a personal mentor. You will work closely with your mentor in all aspects of what is needed to be successful. He/She will put you through your paces on a daily basis of how to become a successful trader. This job is not for the faint hearted and the attrition rate is high but if you manage to make it the rewards are great both personal & financial. We aim for every trader to become his/her own boss & work in a team to help generate success for everyone in the company.
