John 12 verse 46

But the Bible also teaches that man has fallen into the darkness because of sin. Sin is an evil committed against God, an evil that broke in on mans communion with his Creator. As a result of sin all men are born in spiritual darkness, the darkness of unknowing.

To walk in darkness is to live in ignorance of God, in ignorance of ourselves, and of Gods claims upon us. The sad thing is that men are not only born in darkness; they love itIt is written Jesus said, Andthis is the condemnation that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light. John 3 :19.

Are you in darkness? Then Christ is the light that has come into the world to dispel that darkness; He can show you the way back to God, Life, and deliverance from darkness.

There are many lights in the world. Many forms of knowledge, false religions, philosophies, and systems of learning pose as directives to man in darkness.

The Bible speaks of the only ONE light- the Lord Jesus Christ. He alone can show you the true way of life.

He is a teacher sent from God, a light to men who walk in darkness. He alone can lead you to a knowledge of God whom to know is eternal life. Listen to His claims, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life

John 3 :16.

This is part of the wonderful revelation that Christ the light of the world, makes known to you in your darkness.

God has given Jesus Christ His Son, to die the death of the cross in the place of sinners, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish.

It is written: Salvation is to be found in none other but Christ. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men whereby we MUST be SAVED. Acts 4:12.

What is the condition upon which you may receive light and life and salvation in Christ? It is faith. Without faith it is impossible to please God. Notice what Christ says-that whosoever BELIEVETH in me should not abide in darkness.

Believing in Christ is the only condition upon which you can be saved from darkness.

Are you still in darkness? do you want to come into the light ? Jesus is the only way. Call out to him now, He is here waiting for you with open arms. He loves you so much. Say these words Jesus please take me from this darkness and bring into your light. I have sinned please forgive me, I want you in my heart as my Lord, my light and my friend, Amen.ARE YOU IN DARKNESS

The question I should like to ask you is, are you in the darkness? The Bible teaches that there was a time when man was not in darkness; a time when he enjoyed the light of Gods favour and lived in perfect obedience to His commands. Man dwelt in light then. He bore Gods image in knowledge, righteous and true holiness.
