Are you an experienced and dedicated Enrolled Nurse seeking a new opportunity? Finley Regional Care is seeking a part-time Enrolled Nurse for a Team Leader position within our Aged Care Facility. Finley Regional Care is a community-managed, not-for-profit organisation based in Finley, NSW within the Berrigan Shire and close to the Murray River. Finley Regional Care is a 75-bed aged care home which has been designed to accommodate residents in relation to their care needs. We seek to provide a comfortable, relaxed, friendly home like environment for residents, where choice is available across all aspects of care and living activities, enabling them to live their lives with quality and contentment. Our ideal applicant is relationship focused, an effective communicator, a team player, driven by solutions and innovative. Applicants must possess the ability to lead small teams, multitask, work autonomously and have strong integrity and respect. About the Role Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services and Registered Nurses, your role will include: • Monitoring and managing resident care plans • Completing all required documentation in a timely and professional manner • Practicing nursing within the limits of professional knowledge and expertise, under direction from the Registered Nurse • Adhering to all quality control procedures • Provide a high standard of duty of care • Ensuring residents and co-workers rights are observed at all times • Complying with Finley’s policies and procedures What you can offer us Essentials • Current registration with AHPRA and the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia • Current Statement of Attainment in Administration of Medications • Aged Care nursing experience including dementia and disability nursing care • Wound management skills • Comprehensive understanding of WHS • Current First Aid Certificate • Current police check
