Marcin Biały is a Network and Security Architect with over 10 years ofexperience, with Service Provider and Enterprise networkingbackground.

He used to work for large service providers, global vendors andintegration services companies as Network Architect, Leading Ar-chitect and Techincal Solution Manager positions.

He designed, implemented and supported dozens large scale pro-jects and infrastructure migrations, solved hundreds of tickets andspent hours with CLI and GUI of many flavors. Marcin is also hold-ing industry recognizable certificates such as CCNP, CCNA, CCSI#35269, FCNSP #7207, FCNSA and more.

Marcin is a co-founder of Grandmetric, heading the fields of IP net-working and security. In this role, Marcin provides consulting andtraining courses in the area of enterprise networking and networksecurity.

Marcin Dryjanski received his M.Sc. degree in telecommunicationsfrom the Poznan University of Technology in Poland in June 2008.

During the past 10 years, Marcin has served as R&D Engineer, LeadResearcher, R&D Consultant, Technical Trainer and Technical Leader.He has been providing expert level courses in the area of LTE/LTE-Advanced for leading mobile operators and vendors.

In addition to that, Marcin was a work-package leader in EU-fundedresearch projects aiming at radio interface design for 5G includingFP-7 5GNOW and FP-7 SOLDER. He co-authored a number of re-search papers targeting LTE-Advanced Pro and 5G radio interfacedesign.

Marcin is a co-founder of Grandmetric, heading the field of mobilewireless systems. In this role, Marcin provides consulting servicesand training courses in the area of 5G related topics.

designing and providing technical courses and consultancy services on LTE/LTE-Advanced and SON for major MNOs, infrastructure vendors, R&D institutions all around the world,

designing, re-designing, audits and troubleshooting of IP networks for large service providers, global vendors and integration services companies serving as network architects and solution managers,

holding numerous certifications including CCNP, CCNA, CSSI and more.
