Lo primero que debemos entender es que el tiempo es el recurso más valioso que te-nemos. Es más importante adquirir una compensación mayor por nuestro tiempo invertido, que por nuestro dinero. El mode-lo tradicional de negocios de intercambiar tiempo por dinero no nos permite multipli-car nuestro tiempo y generar ingresos resi-duales.

En los negocios tradicionales, el ingreso se basa en lo que una persona hace por si misma. Para una persona promedio sin capital para invertir, ¿qué modelo de negocios le permitiría comenzar a generar un ingreso residual? Look at the earning potencial!

Al ingresar, todos los asociados, obtienen el beneficio de recibir el 40% de descuento, lo cual les permite ganar dinero por comprar los productos a precio de mayoreo y vender-lo al precio público sugerido.

Además, por acumulación de puntos en una sola factura cuentan con promociones espe-ciales.

El Bono Express, se paga mensualmente so-bre la primera compra de los nuevos asocia-dos.

Si estás inscrito en el Pedido Automático tienes el derecho a cobrar el 30% de los VP de las primeras órdenes de todos tus nue-vos asociados. En caso de lo contrario, sólo recibirías el 20%. El máximo de la primera compra es de 300 VP.

Daily Earnings

When starting, all our Distributors get the bene-fit of buying the product at wholesale price 40 % discount and sell it at retail price, this gives you an immediate profit.

Plus, by accumulating points in every invoice,you are entitld to participate in special promotions.

Monthly payment

It is paid on monthly basis upon the first purcha-se of the new Distributors you enrolled.

If you are enrolled in the Autoship program you are entitled to collect 30 % of the VP of the first purchase of all of your new Disributors. If you are not enrolled in the Autoship program you only get 20 %. The maximum amount of the first purchase is 300 VP.

In addition, you will be paid regardless of where you placed the new Distributors in your down-line.The moment your new Distributors make their second purchases, you start earning money in the unilevel plan.

Paga hasta 8 niveles sobre compras perso-nales.

El bono por enrolamiento es del 10% de cada persona que ingreses. Adicionalmente al 10%, recibirás un porcentaje según el nivel donde los coloques, como se muestra en la tabla del Uninivel. Siendo lo más común que ganes el 15% de cada persona que ingreses de manera personal y un 5% de las personas que a su vez ellos te ingresen.

Las ganancias por Uninivel y los bonos por enrolamiento se comienzan a ganar a partir de la segunda compra que hagan los nuevos asociados. Sin restricciones de anchura y se incluyen todas las compras personales sin importar donde estén colocados los volúme-nes.

Monthly payment

Pays up to 8 levels on personal purchases.

A 10% of the “Enrollment Bonus” is earned of each person you personally enroll, regardless of where you place her/him. In addition to that 10%, you get a percentage according to where you place her/him, as shown in the following Unilevel chart, which is usually another 5 %. In Conclusion in most cases a 15 % will be earned on your personally enrolled distributor and a 5% of all distributors enrolled by them.

Unilevel income and enrolment bonuses are ear-ned as of the date of the second purchase of the new Distributors. There are no limitations on width, and all personal purchases are included regardless of where the volumes are placed.

CompressionThe percentages shown in the chart are paid based on the distributors with purchase volu-me, skipping those without such purchases.

Los bonos generacionales son pagos adicio-nales, cuando un distribuidor decidió hacer la carrera de negocios en Ardyss. Ésta co-mienza cuando el distribuidor llega como mínimo a los 10 mil puntos de calificación grupales (GQP). A partir de ahí, podrá cali-ficar para recibir un 4% adicional sin límite de todas las compras que tenga su grupo.

Además, conforme vayan avanzando los grupos de sus líneas descendentes se desta-parán más generaciones y podrá seguir co-brando de éstas según la siguiente tabla.

Monthly payment

Generational Bonuses are additional percenta-ges earned when a distributor chooses to get in-volved in the Ardyss Business Career. This starts when the distributor makes at least 10 thousand GQP. From there on, distributor could qualify to receive a 4% additional bonus of all the pur-chases of her/his group and is interrupted at the moment a new generation is found.

Also, as the group grows more generations are developed and therefore you also collect addi-tional percentages from them, as shown in the following chart:

Al calificar en algunos de los rangos Presi-denciales, se obtiene el derecho a participar en el Pool Presidencial y hacerse acreedor hasta el 10% de los VP de toda su organiza-ción sin límite.

Para ganarse el derecho a cobrar este bono deberás cumplir durante el trimestre con ac-tividades que dan crecimiento a las organi-zaciones. Estas actividades al realizarlas te dan “Puntos de Liderazgo” y la acumulación de estos puntos te dan derecho a cobrar el Pool.

When you qualify in one of the Presidential ranks, you earn the right to participate in our “Presidential Pool” and have a potential of ear-ning an additional 10% of the entire VP of your organization.

In order to earn the right to collect this bonus, you will need to develop during the quarter cer-tain activities that make organizations grow. These activities give “Leadership Points” and the accumulation of these points will give you the right to collect the Pool.

Siempre supe que llegaríamos al nivel Platino pero nunca en mis más remotos sueños, pensé que lo haríamos en tan sólo 8 meses y medioesto confirma una y otra vez que al lado de Dios las cosas son posibles.”

Por la Gloria de Dios, para conseguir algo que nunca has tenido, debes hacer algo que nunca has hecho.

Aunque pensemos que tenemos el equipo más grande del mundo, el sueño sobrepasa al equipo en sí. El sueño del Sr. Díaz de León es que Ardyss International se convierta en una familia unida; mi sueño personal durante mi recorrido, es hacer de Ardyss un hogar.

Durante este maravilloso viaje he aprendi-do mucho. Primero que nada, necesité del apoyo de una verdadera amiga durante las buenas, las malas y sí, en los momentos de adversidad.

Me siento bendecida por tener una amiga como Marie Preston, Presidente Ejecutiva a quien quiero y agradezco desde lo más pro-fundo de mi corazón por mantenerse siem-pre a mi lado. Por favor, encuentren un ami-go porque lo van a necesitar.

When God gives you a gift, open your hands to receive, open your heart to give, then give with LOVE! The will of God will never take you where the grace of God will not protect you. I always knew we would get to the Platinum level, but never in my wildest dreams that we would do it in only eight and a half months. It just reconfirms over and over that with God all things are possible.

To God be the Glory, to get something you have never had, you have to do something you have never done. Even though we have the greatest team in the world, the dream is so much larger than the team alone. Mr. Diaz DeLeon’s dream is for Ardyss International is to become one united Ardyss family. My personal dream along with his is to make Ardyss a household name during my journey.

Along this awesome journey I have learned a lot. First of all, I needed the support of a true friend during the good, the bad and yes the very ugly times.

I am blessed to have my friend Marie Preston, Executive President that I love from the bottom of my heart for sticking by side. Please find you a friend, because you are going to need one.

Lograr la hazaña de llegar al rango de Presidente Pla-tino, es realmente un esfuerzo de equipo. Nosotros in-vitamos cinco personas a ingresar en el negocio y ellos duplicaron nuestros esfuerzos de enrolamientos, se comprometieron a tomar parte y adentrarse en los en-trenamientos y eventos. Dentro de poco, comenzaremos a avanzar en los rangos de Gerentes, Directores, y todos los niveles de Presidente.

Tenemos que empujar, presionar, motivar y de aquí en adelante poner mayor atención en los miembros de nuestros equipos.

Mi padre prometió, si tienes fe en las pequeñas cosas te haré gobernar sobre muchas más. El liderazgo es una responsabilidad maravillosa. Le agradezco a mi equipo por permitirme servirles y otorgarles el poder de abri-gar una visión de cambio para mejorar nuestras vidas.

Es una verdadera realidad que juntos, cada uno logra más. Lo bello e interesante de las pruebas durante mi recorrido como Presidente Platino, es que me otorgan sabiduría y fortaleza para mejorar.

We invited five people into the business and they dupli-cated our enrollment efforts and made a commitment to taking massive action by plugging into training and showcases.

Before long, we began advancing in the ranks of ma-nagers, directors, and all levels of president. We had to push, pull, motivate, cry and most of care beyond measure for our team members.

My Father promised, if you will be faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many. Leadership is an awesome responsibility. I thank my team for allowing me to serve them and empower them to em-brace a vision of change for the betterment of all of our lives.

Power Start is a Program specially designed for new Distributors who wish to start an Ardyss Business Career. It offers highly lucrative growth goals and money rewards not only to the Participant but also for the Enroller who assists in its development.

¿Cómo obtengo el derecho a participar?

Both requirements must be met within the established period of time in order to maximize the Program’s profits, as follows:

In order to participate in the Program, new Distributor must purchase a Power Pack, which is a starter kit that will help him achieve his goals.

New Distributor may now purchase the Power Pack no later than 90 calendar days after he/she joins Ardyss.

Should he/she choosees not to purchase the Power Pack, he/she won’t be entitled to collect any of the Program’s additional Bonuses.
