A&H SHOW BUYER LETTERS
Now is a good time to start identifying potential buyers for the A&H Show. Exhibitors are encouraged to write letters inviting business owners, family, and friends to come out and support the San Patricio/Aransas County A&H Show. Tips to writing buyer letters: $ Hand write the letters and tell them about your
project - describe the work you have put into the project and what you have LEARNED by working with the project
$ Invite potential buyers - don’t demand they come.
$ Encourage them to come support the entire show - don’t just ask them to come to the auction
$ Please...DO NOT tell them “I want you to buy my project”. If you do a good job writing your letter and extending a general invitation to the show, they will remember you and look to support you at the show.
$ You may use your 4-H club’s stationery available from the Extension Office.
