The new Aracast 2.0 Information Management System, designed as a set of equipment that will enable users to execute a complete communication project, allows you to achieve the highest possible efficiency at the lowest possible cost. Its user friendly design and its high potential for scalability make it an essential tool in any communication system based on digital content.

It is as user friendly as earlier versions, but offers new features such as the ability to insert text directly at the last moment, screen transitions with effects, a digital clock, rotation of 2D objects and numerous improvements to the work management interface.

It is also now available with optional TDT and composite video inputs, as well as video signal inputs for streaming.

When it is necessary to interact with external elements, you can integrate different external control elements such as control keypads, RFID card readers, Bluetooth adaptors, interactive screens, etc.

The management software has different levels and features depending on the application and the desired functional scope.

Therefore, it will not be necessary to purchase supplementary software for small installations, as the equipment includes all you need for its functioning. However, in more complex networks that use several players and different programs for them, different users, shared work etc., it will be necessary to purchase additional software packages such as AraControl or AraNetwork.

Again, depending on the level of equipment, it may be advisable to purchase full versions of Aracast Suite and complement it with specific individual packages.

The software is now multi-language, being offered in English, Spanish and Portuguese. Please ask about future availability in other languages.

The software versions and its possible upgrades are outlined below.

This is a software package that includes all the software tools needed to manage a communications network, including modules that can normally be purchased separately as can be seen in the following table.

This is the standard software supplied with each Aracast player and enables the control of players 1 to 1. It is the basic version of software and there are extensions available. Other extra features and upgrades can be made from this version to more advanced ones.

This is an upgrade for the Manager-Designer software that enables the management of several players from a single PC where this software is installed. This enables the creation of groups of players and the management of complex programming including numerous events. The Aracast Serial control, also allows switch On/Off the monitor through RS-323 serial control.

This extension of Manager-Designer software, to job share, includes features like:- Ability to work with a server for data storage, instead of on each PC.- Share view of players, share templates and programs stored on the server

In the form of a licence, this allows the Manager to programme playbacks of contents via FTP for remote equipment whose only connection is via the Internet.
