1 - REFINERY WORKS

For the combined cycle power plant with 890 MW

electricity generation capacity in Kırıkkale, which was

constructed by Dema Makina, a turnkey project of 5 tanks,

three of which were 2000 m3, two 450 m3 and one 110 m3,

were carried out.

ASPHALT TRUCK LOADING STATIONS

In the first stage of the Tüpraş İzmir Aliağa Refinery, mechanical design and

field fabrication and assembly works were carried out for 5 island second

phase and 3 island land tankers for the filling plant. The employer is Ordinat. In

addition, the production of pneumatic stairways used in the plant has been

made and commissioned. Installation of the cantilever assemblies, filling arm

assemblies and other equipment are within the scope of the work.

Tüpraş undertook the engineering and project design and installation work for 2,000 m3 demineralized water tanks for İzmir / Aliağa Refinery and transmission lines (piping) and pumping stations between the plants to be installed together with these tanks.Our project, which started in July 2015, was completed successfully in November 2016.

For Tüpraş İzmir refinery, the fire systems in 100, 200, 7000 and 7500 units were re-designed according to the revised standards and the unit works were renewed without interruption. Within the scope of the project, remote controlled monitor towers, hydrant systems and foam extinguishing systems of the pump stations were established. Our project was completed in November 2017.

For the Tüpraş Kırıkkale refinery, a 1200 m long DN 800 diameter underground steel pipeline project between the Kapulukaya dam and the raw water pumping station was designed and field fabrication installations were carried out.
