Lagoon, streams and pine and oak forests.



The project was designed by the reputed portuguese architects JA-PFP and consists of 11 residential compacts a hotel and a 18 holes golf course.

The course was designed by Bob Hunt of PGA- European Golf designs and stretches over 64 ha. of ondulated landscape.



The residential compacts were inspired on the idea of the ramparts of medieval towns and provide an immediate vicinity to the country side with decks and gardens from which views of the entire property can be enjoyed. Their modern architecture lends itself to a practical and comfortable living and each compact provides a common area of gardens and swimming pool.



Localizado a Norte-Poente e integrado num declive natural da paisagem, o Hotel vai dispor também de um relaxante SPA.

Dos seus três pisos, avista-se todo o vale, o golfe e o Aqueduto.



Residents and visitors may freely enjoy the open air may attractions of the country side.



O Plano de Pormenor do empreendimento já está aprovado pelas autoridades oficiais e tem prevista uma execução faseada:

primeiro, o Campo de Golfe e respectivos edifícios de apoio, o Hotel e dois núcleos residenciais e, posteriormente, os restantes aldeamentos.




The concept behind the project is one of uniqueness, elegance and practicality such that residents and guests may enjoy an harmonious ensemble of natural and architectural beauty.


À beleza desta Quinta, à elegância simples das suas instalações e à elevada qualidade dos projectistas junta-se um enquadramento único, em Tomar, uma cidade que concilia história, arquitectura,

cultura, gastronomia e hospitalidade. Esta complementaridade permite ficar na Quinta do Aqueduto, jogar uma partida de golfe, jantar em casa ou no Clube House ou, em alternativa, passear pela cidade

e desfrutar da sua beleza natural e edificada, dos seus monumentos e gastronomia.



The Convent of Christ, siege of the Order of the Temple andUnesco world heritage is one of the great monuments of the western world. Tomar contains contains furthermore several churches of exceptional artistic value, private palaces and a 15th century synagogue..



Tomar organizes every 4 years a unique holly spirit festival. Hundreds of girls in white robes escorted by young men carry on their heads the �trays�, decorated with flowersand loafs of bread, a work of art each one of them, a breath taking spectacle when seen in its full parade.



Tomar is also a modern town of 20,000 inhabitants where you find every facility you may need and is specially reputed for the excellence of its many restaurants.



At 15km distance the Castelo do Bode dam with a total lengthof 60km is one great artificial lakes in Europe where all kindsof nautical sports can be enjoyed.



30 minutes away stand the great gothic cathedrals of Batalha and Alcoba�a both Unesco�s world heritage.



The shrine of F�tima lies at 25km.



Other interesting neighbor spots are The medieval citadel of Our�m, the templiar village of Dornes and Goleg�, Portugal�s horse capital.



The new motorway IC9 links Tomar with the west coast beaches and their several golf courses which canbe reached in 40 minutes.Coimbra, one of Europe�s oldest universities is at one hour�s drive,Oporto at 1 � hours.
