You are led to relax the koshas (sheaths of body), breath and m`ind to reach anandamaya kosha (bliss sheath) which is our true nature. Yoga nidra induces deep healing at the subconscious level. FULL MOON SHAMANIC JOURNEY | Thursday, Jan 12 | 7-9 pm [CG] An experiential workshop in which Nick will precisely guide you into the process of the shamanic journey. You will learn to recall important aspects of your “other-worldly” experience and be assisted in integrating the experience for use in the real world. Discover how to repair your auric field and how to grid your living space with crystals.
