The OMEGA press consists of a stainless structural frame, sludge inlet and distribution assembly, long gravity thickening zone, adjustable medium pressure section, , high pressure "S" shape zone, variable speed drive, continuous belt wash-water section, automatic belt tracking and automatic belt tensioning systems, filtrate collection pans, internal wiring and piping, electric control panel (optional).
