• Taj Haslani, Founder- Mr. Haslani has over 15 years experience as a successful entrepreneur in the information technology staffing industry. Most recently he founded, owned, and operated NetPixel, a New York City-based provider of information technology services to the financial services industry. At its peak, NetPixel generated annual revenues of $50 million.

Prior to NetPixel, Mr. Haslani was a software developer for 15 years, with experience working for companies such as Smith Barney, St. Paul Reinsurance, and Time Magazine. He graduated from Osmania University in India. Mr. Haslani is also an investor in and adviser to several startup and early stage companies engaged in the staffing and/or technology services industries.

• Joseph Butler, Managing Director- Mr. Butler has responsibility for directing day to day operations of Fintech, including all marketing and recruiting. He has a great depth of experience working for various firms in the Consulting and Professional Services Industries, including Enterprise Iron, NetPixel, Xoriant, eTranslate.com, and CIBER. His expertise is in the disciplines of business development, project delivery and methodology, outsourcing, recruitment, and operations. He has also been involved in raising venture capital for startup enterprises and building early stage outsourced services companies. Mr. Butler holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Pittsburgh and a Masters in Business Administration from New York University Stern School of Business.
