Story:At the age of 9, Yelsi ran away from home to seek help because of her
very abusive mom and step dad. Her teacher showed her to the authoritieswho placed her in our home three months before Tom and Sue Stukenbergtook it over. Thanks to Tom and Sues great sacrifice and invested time,she has since turned into a gifted young lady. She has had opportunitiesto live in a safe and Godly family, receive a Christian education, andtravel to the USA, Canada and China with Tom and Sue. Through this God
has called her to serve Him. Yelsi finishes high school in the beginningof Oct of this yr. When we took over the home two yrs ago we did ourbest to help Yelsi look toward the future and seek Gods will for herlife. She plans to do some short term missions trips to India and Chinalater this yr. Yelsi is a people person and enjoys translating formedical and dental teams that come to Guatemala to serve. Please prayfor Yelsi as she steps out on her own. She will need to raise funds totravel and more so, that she will follow Gods leading always.

PRAISE GOD!!!We started buying the house for the girls homeWe found a couple that is highly interested in being house parents for the girls
homeGod Continues to protect us and give us safety from robbers, natural disasters,
and accidents.We got some new children to share the love of God withThe kids are growing in their relationship with GodFor our new screened in porchFor all the teams and volunteers that have been helping us

For continued safety That we will be able to find a good price on getting a well dug That Deborah and I can grow closer together and that we can have wisdom and patience with the
children That the laws here will change concerning adoption laws and family laws That the children will continue to get closer to God and that they will be healed from their past. That the feeding center can start soon. We plan to start feeding 60 or more children
