Used For: To help kids relax and calm down
Supplies Needed:
• 1 mini water bottle• 2- 10cc tubes of glitter glue• Glitter• Can read with Moody Cow
Meditates story (not included)
Detailed Description:
Open a mini water bottle and poor about 2 tbps of water out. Warm or room temperature water works best. Add both tubes of glitter glue and glitter. Screw the cover back on tight. Shake the bottle vigorously until the glue and water mix. If the mixture falls slowly it is good. If it falls too quickly you can add more glue. When you feel the bottle falls how you want it I would recommend gluing the cover on so it doesn't spill later. Have a child practice everyday (such as bedtime). Read the story Moody Cow. Meditates or watch a video of the reading https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xbzeRg7Ms1A. After the story shake the bottle vigorously, have the child deep breath as the glitter falls.
