Puneri Masti – The Area 4 MTM along with the National Board Meeting along with FAMIT along with the Charter of Pune Royale 41 Club no 200 was organized at Puneon 21-23 of April and needless to say it was a blast.
Atin Agarwal took over as the Charter Chairman of Club 200 on 21st evening in a grand gala affair. Area 4 Chairman Paresh Choudhry proudly delivered the baby in the presence and with assistance of the dignitaries from the National Board. PC recognized the active involvement of Rajiv Mehra Senior in ensuring that the delivery hap-
pened without much complication or apprehension this time around. The delivery was actually much delayed. Pains had appeared back in Jan-Feb giving hopes but those ultimately turned out to be a false alarm.
The MTM of Area 4 on the evening of 22 April was a star studded affair. The event was organized on the roof top with breathtaking view of the city of Pune. After the live mu-sic the in house artists of 41 clubs took the entertainment to another level and the party rocked into the wee hours.

AGM LAJAWAAB HYDERABADThe AGM dates are 15-17 September 2017.The representative of 41ers AGM Lajawaab Hyderabad 41er Mayur attended the Board Meeting at Pune and informed that the early bird offer for registration was still available and would be till 30th of April after which there would be an increase in

TANGENT CHARTER AT CUTTACK
While the 41ers took a look time for deliv-ering Club no 200, Tanngent India did not take that long and delivered a new Tangent Club in Cutack with relative ease on 25th of April. Tangent President Kalpana was there to grace the occasion with Area 6 Chairman Anirban Banerjee.

Its YAP time of the year and another 20 kids from India are ready to go for Europe North and Europe south tours. Sanjay Choudhry and Pankaj Singh, YAP convenors addressed a press conference in Pune on 22nd of April. They informed that Outbound YAPs are already working on their Visas for their upcoming YAP tour to Europe.
“It has been the flagship activity of 41ers since many years. This year also 20 kids have been selected on first come first serve basis after the call for applications went out. We all have Indu Chadhok to thank for initiating this wonderful activ-ity in 41 International”, said Sanjay. “I am looking forward to support from all 41 centers across the country to host the in-coming YAPs later in the year”, he added.

The 41st International meeting of our 41 International club was held between 5th and 7th May in Sun City South Africa.Pre ToursThe South Africa 41 clubs organised a number of entertaining day tours to Pilanesburg natural reserve, Apartheid museum, Cradle of man prehistoric caves etc. where members from all over the world connected and enjoyed themselves. A Golf Game was also organised at the world’s celebrated golf courses.
A Golden Stomach meeting of past and present IROs was organised where Indian IRO was inducted. President Gopal Chopra was the Secretary of the meeting. Christoph chaired the meeting.
With the theme “Beneath the African Stars” set on an artificial beach at Sun City, the party was impeccably organised with great food, live music and bustling bar.

The meeting was opened prompt at 8:30 am by President Engelbert who welcomed the guests including many past International presidents. This was followed by the reading of the Objects of 41 International. Sec-retary Mika roll called the 22 Asso-ciations to confirm their presence. National President South Africa, Andre de Villars greeted us and ex-pressed his gratitude that so many people from so many countries had arrived to attend this event.
Italy presented an appeal for aid, after the horrific earthquakes in their country. Donations received by them from members from the sale of pins. Minutes of 34th HYM, which was held in Bangalore on the 15.10.2016, were confirmed and adopted without further discus-sion. President Engelbert talked about the success of the workshops held at this HYM and it is clear that further discussions should be held at a workshop in Rimini in October at the time of the next HYM.
Past International President Ma-karios spoke about the extension work which has made remarkable
moves forward in the last 3 years, new associations in the pipeline are USA, Brazil, Hungary, Kuwait, Nepal, Uganda, Singapore and Botswana. Secretary, Treasurer and Editor submitted their reports. Yap Report submitted by Hadding and Karikos as international Yap convenor Christoph Hensel was not present.
We then proceeded for voting of the next International Vice President 2019-2020, applications had been received by India and Italy. A secret vote was made and the floor voted for Italy. The HYM in 2019 will be held in Malta. We have received applications for affiliation to our association from Portugal, Hunga-ry, New York / USA and Brazil. The next AGM will be held from 27th – 29th April in Pörtschach /Austria. We then had a superb presentation for HYM in Morocco which will be held 12th-14th Oct 2018. President Engelbert submitted his report for the year. After the break national IROs of 22 countries presented their country specific reports.
Delegates from all countries met the Presi-dent, exchanged banners and gifts.President Gopal Chopra and IRO Sanjay Chowdhary interacted with all delegates and exchanged pins and banners.
A black tie event, the members were treated to a sit down dinner Michelin star quality.
Next morning was the farewell where all the members met over beer and exchanged good-byes to meet at the next 41 event to follow.

The first FAMIT happened at Jaipur, the second at Pune and now the stage is all set for the third leg of FAMIT at Kodaikanal on 21-23 July later this year. Usually the FAMIT is a 2-3 day affair with the following schedule.
° Arrive on the first day.
° Social in the evening.
° Board meeting the second day morning.
° Social on the second evening.
° Depart after breakfast on day three.
