Safety, Security, and Digital Discipleship

1. Parents will be receiving a password to enter before joining a Zoom meeting in addition to the link.

2. All participants will enter a waiting room before entering the meeting to be by the teacher.

Awarding of early round tuition assistance may be delayed to allow for changing situations. For families whose employment situation has changed, or is changing, please log into your FACTS account and follow the steps below:

- Under section 8 “Change of Income”: Select “Yes” for the question: “Do you anticipate a decrease in your annual income for 2020?” Indicate you and/or the co-applicant’s anticipated income in the boxes. Select the reason for the anticipated decrease.

- Under Section 12 “Additional Questions”: Please explain your situation. For example; “Spouse laid off due to COVID-19 business closure, and state the name/type of business.

- Please upload any documentation of employment change to “Other”. Documentation examples may be “before and after” pay stubs, or written notice of layoff, furlough, or termination.
