LONG CENTER SWIM CLUB(Level 4-6)LCSC is the next step in swimming once a child has completed Level 3 learn-to swim program. By entering into LCSC your goal is to get your child ready for swim team; we practice 3 times per week for45 minutes. The goals are to continue the development of all 4 strokes (Freestyle, Backstroke, Breaststroke, Butterfly), along with flip-turns; open turns. and starts. Welcome to the Long Center

Summer Camp!Campers will participate in structured

activities, including field trips, swimming, games, arts and crafts, sports and learn about a different

character trait each week. Campers will also make new friends and

memories that will last a life time. So get ready for the best summer of your life because the Long Center is
