Writing That Makes Them Want to Buy The words: Featuresand Benefits, may seemlike the same thing butwhen dealing with realestate marketing theyhave differentmeanings. To break itdown using a simplefood analogy; Featuresare the cake, whilebenefits are the icingand you don't serve onewithout the other. When trying to convince customers to makea purchase you need to not only tell them features but also spell out theirbenefits.

Agent Tip Corner
Lucinda Brasington says,"Explain to the seller what
happens next, all the way throughto closing.
Pretty simple in theory, but a timethat you must use to make themaware of everything that goes on
during the marketing and saleprocess; and everything you could
think of that might not go right!"

Seven Tips for New and Experienced Real Estate Agents
1. It's Not About YouIn real estate transactions you must always keep in mind that it isyour purpose to simply help your client/customer navigate throughthe home buying process. Do not get emotionally attached to thetransaction. Remember "It's not about me...I already have a house!"
2. Set A ScheduleThe beauty of what we do for a living is that there is no one telling uswhat to do or when to do it. The curse of what we do is that there isno one telling us what to do or when to do it. As a result of this weoften become idle and don't do all that we can to generate enoughincome to make a living. Put yourself on a schedule to keep aconstant work pace.
