We are an investment and trading company with several buyers, suppliers, allprivate or public, including oil producing countries, all of whom are able to fulfillbuyer's requirements quickly and responsibly.
We facilitate the sale of product, services, and more.
We benefit from direct access to some of commodities, services providers invarious business areas, who are prepared to deliver product to qualified buyerson time and as promised.
Our activities are based on the principle of providing today's buyers commodityand services they are seeking, in the shortest time possible and at the mostcompetitive prices available in the market.
All our affairs are handled directly with our Exclusive Representative andMandated:
We have several reliable Sellers and Buyers, who have different procedures,pricing, delivery and payment terms, so qualified Sellers/Buyers may choosemost suitable one. These procedures, however, are non-negotiable and theSeller/Buyer has to accept the way our Sellers/Buyers operate, if they wants togo ahead with us.
We have and must have (for new business relationships) a broad authority toengage transactions on behalf of our sellers and/or buyers. Our task is not onlyto introduce potential parties to each other but besides that, we organizecommunication between buyer and seller`s representatives/mandates.
We work diligently to assure secure and on-time commodity and/or transactionsthat meets the requirements and objectives of both, buyer and seller.
Products are available upon special request.
To start a new business relationship and upon request, Buyers and sellers willbe informed of the required procedures and provide the information that theSeller or Buyer requires.
Based on the information which you will provide us, we will determine the bestsolution to your specific requirements and contact you. If we do not believethat we have an appropriate buyer and/or seller to mach buyers/sellersrequirements, we will be pleased to refer you to one of our partners.

For Buyers getting started with our company:
If the Buyer is interested in proceeding with transaction, he has to agree withthe procedures of the Seller / Mandated Seller (sent upon requirement). Inorder to go ahead it, is necessary to follow certain initial steps, beginning withsignature of a contract among Makua Group BV, Epsilon Consultoria (ourExclusive Representative and Mandate), Buyer and allbeneficiaries/intermediaries involved in transaction in order to ensuretransparent cooperation
In order to verify that Buyer is qualified, we will need to perform a duedilligence on the buyer's company and his ability to purchase. Therefore, we willneed following documents from the buyer/signatory. Any qualified buyer who isinterested in further cooperation should not have any problems presenting thefollowing documents:
Company profile of the BuyerThe name of Signatory entitled to act in the name of the company (withthe number and copy of his passport)Company name, residential address, registered office, fax, web, e-mail,phone, mobileThe name of the bank intended to be used for the transaction
