The number of children, adolescents and youth who are excluded from education fell steadily in

the decade following 2000, but this progress essentially stopped in recent years!

263 million children, adolescents and

youth were out of school

including 61 million children in primary school age

in the world

Only 61% teachers in primary school are

trained in Sub-Saharan Africa [2015]

In developing countries,

40% of schools don’t have

access to computers and the

Internet for teaching purposes

60% of primary

school children in developing countries still fail

to achieve minimum proficiency

in learning

Representing nearly

20% of this age group

State of Education in the world

Challenges of Country Mozambique [in 2018]

We believe education plays a pivotal

role to societies, foster inclusion and

support national economic

development initiatives, as digital

knowledge becomes a key tool in

the skillset of the workforces of the

future, regardless of industry or

function.

Provide access to quality, transformational and

universal education, and through it, access to equal

opportunities for girls and boys, in a more inclusive

and global society.

Time is running out! We now have 12 years to 2030
