PRE SALES• Potential leads are classified and allocated to pre-sales teams, where teams consist of
professionals of varying skill sets (sales personnel, business analysts, UI engineers, senior software engineers, consultants, etc…)
• A team’s business analyst obtains a client’s requirements through one or more meetings, where meetings are conducted online (Skype, Go-To Meeting, Lync) or at physical locations.
• Once requirements are sufficiently documented, technical professionals provide their respective estimations for scope components.
• A proposal is prepared, stating a project’s scope, its estimated duration and cost, and any applicable terms. Similarly, presentations may also be prepared in order to project a project’s scope with more clarity.
• Based on a client’s feedback, proposals are amended to best fit scope, budget and time constraints. The client may then award the project to Apps Technology which triggers Apps Technology’ software development process.
