    new thing to be released this millennium may be the amazing quantity of apps for wo rking out. Heres

    a listing of several of our favo rites iPhone apps for working out.We just needed to narrow it down,

    with an end date in mind, based on how muc h weight you want to lose per week. So for my weight loss

    goal, should I stick to my 127 9 daily calorie budget, my loss should be realized by April 17 of this

    year.

    Since the app is incredibly easy to use and appro aches weight loss in an easy way for me to manage, I

    think Im going to stick with this one until I re ach my goal; Ill let y ou know how that goe s.
