The home mortgage loans guaranteed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs have been a popular way for veterans and active duty service members to afford their first homes for over 70 years.

If you are a member of the military on active duty for at least 90 days, you are eligible for a VA guaranteed mortgage loan.
