Support for the organiation of S!mposium"Seminar"Conference"#orkshop etc. of Technical nature,

$hich ma! be of interest to IETE Corporate members, IETE Students Forum %ISF& members and

Facult! " Engineers $orking in the field of Electronics, Telecommunication, Information Technolog!

and Computer Science. 'cademic Institutions and other organiations involved in organiing

S!mposium etc are eligible to appl! for the (rant. ' soft cop! of the filled-in application form %in pdf

format& must be received as an e-mail attachment at least three months before the event. The hard

cop! of the application must be received $ithin a $eek of the receipt of the soft cop!. The application

is to be filled in b! the Convener " Chairman of the local organiing Committee and dul! for$arded

b! the )ead of the Institution. Incomplete applications and those not received * months prior to the

event $ill not be considered.

Once the information regarding the sanctioned amount is conveyed to the Organizers,

one set of Invitation for the Event should accompany a Stamped Receipt for release of

sanctioned grant.

One copy of Proceedings or Souvenir and a detailed Write-up ith photos regarding the

event conducted and Statement of E!penditure along ith original "ills for the

sanctioned amount must "e sent as soon as ready. #pplications for grants ill "e

considered only if a"ove re$uirements have "een met for the grants previously received.
