Application Guide for Exemption:

1. Complete the M30E form

2. Make payment into the banking account (see Matriculation Fees structure for bank account details).

3. Please submit Originals as well as Copies, NOT Certified

4. In total, there must be 5 subjects, of which English language must be one; you need to have the Final School Results (Certificate). You can ignore the Exam No

a. E.G For Cambridge/ZimSec: A/AS & IGCSEs/O levels

b. E.G For American (High School Dip + SAT/AP/Admission letter)

c. Note, The documents that you submitted at the time of registration, are the documents required to apply for exemption. NOT THE STATEMENT OF RESULTS but the CERTIFICATES

d. Please Note, it must be the Official Certificates, Not the Statement of results, Or if the US school system, I.E. High School Diploma + SATs or Admission letter to a USA institution or APs etc.

e. Original Passport as well as a copy NOT certified

f. Proof of payment

5. Hand in at Carmelita Talmarkes, Room 1016 B, Wilcocks Building.

6. Please make sure that your form is correctly completed and that all documents are submitted as requested.

7. Please write your student number on the form where you see Student No: ……..

8. Submission dates are from 30 September – 30 November.
