Target Group : K2 to P3 students in 2018-2019 Period of Camp : 5 days Time : 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily Notes to Parents and Students 1) Standard Price: HK$2480-, including lunch and all teaching materials. Early Bird Price: HK$2230- (on or before the postmark date of May 31) Sibling Discount: The second applicant onwards will enjoy a discount of HK$100 per head. 2) Medium of instruction: Cantonese. 3) Please study all the terms, conditions, and details of the camp and programme. 4) Application method Send the completed application form together with a crossed cheque and a self-addressed stamped (HK$ 5.00) envelope in A5 size (6X9) or above to Treasure House, 2/F, 33 Pak Yan Road, Ma Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong. Please make sure the cheque is payable to Treasure Housewith the applicant’s name and contact number written on the back. Specify ‘Treasure House Day Campon the envelope. * Please check to ensure that sufficient postage had been paid before posting. The organizer will not be responsible for the misdelivery or postal delay of underpaid mail. 5) The organizer will not accept enrollment by fax, phone or email. Application will only be acknowledged upon receiving the original application form and crossed cheque. 6) Application procedure i) The organizer will confirm the application via email within SEVEN working days upon receiving the form. Please check the provided information carefully. ii) Materials for the camp, including a timetable, lunch menu, student name tag, pick-up card and notes to parents will be sent to participants by post. iii) Once the postal mail is sent out, requested rearrangement of grouping will not be considered. The organizer reserves the right to arrange participants in any groups. If special grouping is requested, please collect all the applications and send together to Treasure House (Maximum no. of 5 in a group). iv) The organizer will contact parents by phone prior to the first day of the camp to remind details and answer enquiries. 7) Full payment must be paid at the time of application. Unless the camp is cancelled by the organizer, the payment is non-refundable. 8) Places are limited and available on a first come first served basis. If the number of applicants is over the capacity, Treasure House will accept applications with full payments first. 9) Unless a parent-signed letter is received by Treasure House at the time of enrollment, all parents consent to photos and video of participants being taken for possible promotional use in the future. 10) Certificate will be issued if the attendance rate reaches 75%. 11) Participants should be aware of their own safety during the camp and comply with the instructions and safety guidelines provided by the tutors. The organizer will not be responsible for any loss of personal belongings and injuries caused by accidents. 12) All persons should follow the Rules and Regulations of Ma Wan Park. Information of Bus Routes and Fee

學童乘車須知 Notes of Taking Bus

巴士服務收費已包括學員的接送,及跟車工作人員協助學員上落車。

The fee includes the daily delivery throughout the camp and babysitting service throughout the journey.

巴士服務只提供予已登記姓名之學員,家長及其他人等不得以任何理由乘坐本巴士。

The bus service is for the registered students only. Parents or guardians are not permitted to travel on the bus.

每輛接送的巴士車頭均會擺放「珍愛地球館兒童日營」指示牌。惟巴士服務並非由珍愛地球館經營,而提供服務之司

機及保姆亦非本館職員。

The Day Camp signage will be shown on the windscreen of the bus. Treasure House does not operate any bus service or

employ any drivers or nannies.

早上乘車時間介乎上午 7:50 至 9:00 之間,而放學落車時間介乎下午 3:45 至 5:00 之間,巴士路線及確實上落車時間及

地點將於稍後通知。

The expected pick-up time and drop-off time is in between 7:50-9:00a.m. & 3:45-5:00p.m. respectively. Parents will be

informed the bus route, exact time and location before the camp starts.

請學員提早 5 分鐘等候巴士接載,逾時不候;遲到者需自行安排交通前往挪亞方舟。

Students should arrive at the pick-up point 5 minutes in advance. Late students should take other transportation to the Noah’s

Ark.

家長接回學員的時間,亦請提早 5 分鐘到達落車處等候。

Parents should arrive at the drop-off point 5 minutes in advance.

請勿自行更改上落車地點,以免造成混亂。

*金鐘站之校巴服務只適用於日營 D、E、F 期 (13-17/8, 20-24/8, 27-31/8)。The bus services for Admiralty Station will be available
