DIAGNOSTIC GATEWAY & GATEWAY MANGER

Diagnostic Gateway: Software runs on a dedicated Mac, and provides tools to triage computers via Netboot, and records test results as log files.

Gateway Manager: an App to remotely configure and manage the Diagnostic Gateway server as well as accesses diagnostic logs.


MAC RESOURCE INSPECTOR

A very fast, EFI-based, client-side triage diagnostic tool that checks both hardware and software components.

Designed to run within 1-2 minutes.

Minimal working hardware needed.

Running in EFI eliminates any possible OS issues causing (or masking) symptoms.

Allows a tech to make a quick change (i.e. swap ram) and test again without a lot of downtime.
