    Analysis- Highest satisfaction score of 100%, exceeding its customers expectations, everyrespondent problem was solved to their satisfaction who faced problem with apple product.

    Analysis-

    Nearly everyone believes the equation Apple = Innovation is a fundamental truth. As per

    respondent What makes it different from other product is its context to brand, quality,

    attractiveness and technology. Almost Surprisingly 12 respondent said its the the appearance

    and quality which makes it unique product. Followed by 7 respondents who likes apples

    because it is easy to use and have more applications.4 respondent respondents said its unique

    operating system makes it different. Other said it stand alone from other product due to its name

    and innovation because APPLE IS APPLE!! And its class apart.

    Analysis- Apple users appears to be very happy with their product that almost every

    respondent said that they will recommend Apple's to other. Respondent seems to be Apple

    enthusiast. From this it appears Apple enjoys the highest reputation of reliability.

    Analysis:-Apple products are top of the line and respondents have full faith in Apple products

    more than 91% respondent are satisfied with 1 yr warranty of apple and very smallpercentage of 8.1% is not satisfied with warranty period. Apple should give back to

    loyal users in the form of better warranties.

    Analysis Out of 19 responses maximum number of people are very satisfied with the products, 16.7% respondents are

    neither satisfied nor dissatisfied and only 1 person is dissatisfied.

    Finding: Rimss customer satisfaction is at a all time high. But customer loyalty is at rosk because 16.7% are neutral and5.6% is dissatisfied.

    Findings- There are three main aspects that major RIM respondents feel Rim could improve are- A. By offeringbetter applications B.Making it touch screen and adding Features like I tune C.Up grading technology likeBetter OS,picture quality,better interface all in all Rim should focus on innovation!!

    AnalysisUndoubtly major Rim users feel the need of blackberry stores even in q23 one of the respondent

    said Rim should provide proper service and this can be done only by opening more stores for

    customers.More number of retail stores for easy access

    Apple must carry on fulfilling the expectation of its customer and due its reduced attention there arecustomers who feel they are neglected so apple must increase customer interface and implement CRM strategy.

    AnalysisThere is a close call between satisfied customers and neutral customers with 38.9% and 33.3%

    respectively.

    Findings-Rim customer loyalty is at risk as major portion is just satisfied or either neutral and small

    its existing product range of tablet and smart phones?

    Analysis.

    Findings-44.4% of respondent would like RIM to add laptop followedby MP3 Players and Gaming console.

    Recoomendtaion- there is huge scope for Rim to expand its marketshare and product line by launching Laptops and mp3 players andgaming consoles
