Installing the Application
iPhone User
To download the App on your iPhone, please go to the Apple
Appstore and search ‘Mediatek SmartDevice’. Then download and
install.
Alternatively, please scan the following QR code
to install the App.
Android User
To download the App on your Android Smartphone, please go to
the Google Playstore and search ‘Mediatek SmartDevice’. Then
download and install.

Main Components
Power / Home To turn the Smartwatch On or Off, keep the Power/Home button pressed. Also press this button to go back to the Home screen
Back / End call Press to return to the previous menu or End call whilst on a call
Volume Press to adjust volume
Menu / Confirm Click to enter the Main Menu or confirm a selection. Also press to answer a call
Speaker Listen to music or phone calls
Micro USB Port Recharge the Smartwatch using the included Micro USB Cable
Microphone Speak into Microphone during phone calls

Main Menu
The Main functions of the Smartwatch are divided into 5 pages.
Functions
Bluetooth
Bluetooth Sync – Search and pair the Smartwatch with your
Smartphone.
Bluetooth Settings – Switch the Bluetooth On/Off or change the
name of your device.
Phonebook
Connect and sync your Phone to the watch to bring up your
contacts
Dialler
Enter a phone number manually to call out
Page 1 Bluetooth, Phonebook, Dialler, Messaging
Page 2 Call Log, Notifications, Music, Remote Capture
Page 3 Settings, Anti Loss, Power Saving, Ringtones

This function is compatible with Android Smartphones only.
Inbox – See all received messages

Language – Choose which language you prefer
Set Time – Manually enter the time
Set Date – Manually enter the date
Time format – Choose from 12 or 24 hour format
LCD Backlight – Choose how long before Smartwatch goes into
sleep mode
Units Setup – Choose between metric or imperial units
About Watch – Display software version and serial number
Anti-Loss
Enable this feature to receive a vibration alert when you are a
certain distance from your mobile phone.

Enable feature to extend the battery life on the smartwatch
Ringtone
Choose from a list of ringtone optons:
- Mute
- Vibration
- Ringtone 1
- Ringtone 2
- Ringtone 3
Sleep Monitor
Enable this feature to monitor the quality of your sleep
Language
Choose which language you prefer
Pedometer
Track how many steps you’ve taken in a certain amount of time and
calculate number of kilometres walked.
Pedometer – Press the start button to begin recording
Step setting – Set the length of your step
Weight setting – Enter your weight in Kg
Stopwatch
Use this feature as a timer
Menu Style
Change the format of the Menu style to whichever you prefer
Clock Type
Choose between Analog or Digital display
Alarm
Set up to 5 alarms on your Smartwatch

Connecting your iPhone
To connect your iPhone to the
Smartwatch, enable the Bluetooth
function on both devices then
open the MediaTek Application
on your iPhone.
Click ‘Tap to add device’ to begin searching for your iPhone.
Click on ‘Smartwatch’ to connect. Once the devices has
successfully created, you will see the following screen:
Please note
- Only connect one phone to the Smartwatch at a time

- Connecting your iPhone to the Smartwatch (as shown above)
is for initial setup only, thereafter it will connect automatically
- The App allows you to receive messages from your
Smartphone, if for any reason there is an error in connection –
please disable then re-enable the Bluetooth function.
Then go to Bluetooth on your
Smartwatch, click on BT Sync then
Search new device.
Then click on the device you would like
to connect to.
Your iPhone will bring up a pairing request – click Pair to
successfully connect your iPhone.

Connecting your Android Smartphone
To connect your Android phone to the Smartwatch, enable the
Bluetooth function on both devices. Please ensure your Phone
Bluetooth is turned to ‘visible’.
Then go to Bluetooth on your
Smartwatch, click on BT Sync then
Search new device.
Your Smartphone will bring up a pairing request – click Pair to
successfully connect your phone.

Once paired successfully, you will receive a request to access your
phonebook and call history. Please click Yes.
Mediatek SmartDevice Application
This is the Application home screen.

Click Notifications to choose which Applications you would like to
receive alerts from.
Please note: if the App shows that the Smartwatch has been
disconnected, take the following steps:
1. Turn the App off
2. Disable then Re-enable the Bluetooth function on your
Smartphone
3. Reconnect the watch
You are not required to search and re-connect the Smartwatch from
the Applications menu.
