Boxed LunchesAll meals are served cold.

Thank you for choosing The Colorado Grill for catering your event. The Colorado Grill has been providing quality food and great

service for its customers since 1997. We will strive to provide you with prompt and efficient service to make your event a success.

When reserving your party room or catering an event off premise, please provide us with an approximate number of guests, the date

of your function, and time for your function. The Colorado Grill will order and schedule food preparation, in advance of your function, so a guaranteed number of guests will be required 48 hours prior

to your event. If no guaranteed number is given then your approximate number becomes your guaranteed total. You will be responsible to pay for that guaranteed total unless more show up

than booked then that number becomes your final total.

For on premise catering a gratuity of 15% will be added to all groups paying on one bill.

A gratuity of 18% will be added to groups paying separately.

For off premise catering a service charge of 15% will be added to the bill. A Colorado Grill employee will set up your catering, watch the food line during service, tear down and clean up (2-2 1/2 hour service included, if longer is needed an hourly rate of $20 per hour

will be assessed). Otherwise drop off and pick up service will be available for a delivery charge.

In buffet service, if you have less show up than your final count was, you will be able to take carry outs to make up for your final guest count. Otherwise, when everyone in your party has finished the buffet The Colorado Grill will clean and pack up the buffet line.

No carry out containers are allowed.

All laws regarding alcohol purchase and consumption will be enforced. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

No alcoholic beverages may be brought to any event at The Colorado Grill. The only exception is wine may be

brought in with approval and a corking fee of $15 per bottle.
