APPENDIX A General Information Assessment within the Industrial Training context aims to evaluate the student’s work quality and the development of their soft skills. The student will be evaluated by both the industry and faculty supervisors, with 50/50 marks division. The assessment for the industrial training programme is based on the learning outcome of this programme. The table below shows the lists of what are the elements to be assessed in this industrial training exercise: No . Assessment Process

In general the assessment process are as follows:

1. The Industrial supervisors are to observe the students during the duration of the training period to get feedback on their performance via interview, referring to their logbook etc.

2. The industry supervisor will fill the assessment form to evaluate the performance of the students.3. The visiting lecturer will also evaluate the students, based on the interview, logbook and final

report during the visit and key in all the results (industrial & faculty supervisor assessment) through online form.

4. The Indusrtrial Training committee of FKE will compile all the results, provide the grades (either Pass/Fail, minimum passing marks: 40%), and conduct analysis for continuous improvement.
