Create a Campaign

To create a new campaign you need to choose its type, either Rewarded Installs or Top of the Store.
The first is to generate incentivized installs and the second is to launch a campaign with a specific goal to elevate an app to the top of its category on the App Store / Google Play.
In the second step you need to choose a specific app, among the apps previously added to your account, to launch a campaign for.
