Negli impianti elettrici, si verifica un sfasamento della corren-te rispetto alla tensione. Per bilanciare questo sfasamento viene richiesto un incremento di potenza (potenza reattiva), inutile ai fini della produzione di lavoro meccanico ma oneroso per il fornitore di energia elettrica poiché lo impegna e sovra-dimensionare i propri generatori e le proprie linee. Il fornitore di energia si rivale quindi sull’utilizzatore addebitandogli que-sto carico supplementare. Il parametro considerato per il cal-colo della penalità è il cosφ, ovvero il rapporto tra la potenza attiva fornita e la potenza apparente. In Italia, per non pagare tali penalità il cosφ dev’essere superiore a 0.9 e gli impianti con cosφ inferiore devono essere rifasati per legge. Comun-que, anche nei casi di cosφ superiore, un corretto rifasamen-to comporta una riduzione, talvolta assai rilevante, dei costi di approvvigionamento dell’energia elettrica e una maggiore efficienza dell’impianto. Si calcola che, in media, l’investimen-to per il rifasamento di un impianto si ripaga nell’arco di soli 12/15 mesi.

In electrical systems, a voltage-power phase displacement occurs. To balance this phase displacement, a power (reac-tive power) increase is necessary which is useless for the production of mechanical work but burdensome for the pow-er suppliers since it forces the latters to oversize their own generators and lines. In this way, the energy supplier will get even with the user charging him/her for this additional load. The parameter considered to calculate the penalty is the power factor which is the actually supplied active power and the apparent power ratio. In Italy, this charge for the penalty can be avoided only if the power factor is higher than 0.9 and if any system working with a lower power factor is corrected by law. However, even if the power factor is higher, a correct power factor correction implies a reduction, at times very relevant, of the power supply costs and leads to a greater efficiency of the system. It is estimated that, on the average, the cost of the investment for the power factor correction of a system is covered in just 12/15 months.

The Jolly module is the item providing the Leonardo system with the flexibility and the modular-ity described. It is, in fact, a capacitors set which, thanks to the quick connector, is easily electri-cally connected to the Leonardo system. The available powers ranges from 2.5 Kvar to 25 Kvar and the arrangement of the various Jolly modules determines the final power of the system.Completing the range of modules, the Jolly E model is provided with two or three batteries, and it is considered t as a multiple batteries model which can be used to create small powers systems.

I nostri regolatori automatici di rifasamento sono sviluppati sulla base di potenti microprocessori con cui effettuare complessi logaritmi di calcolo al fine di ottenere le informazioni necessarie, non solo per far funzionare correttamente le apparecchiature in forma adeguata, ma anche per analizzare gli eventi elettrici a cui l’apparecchiatura viene sottoposta, con possibilità di adottare criteri adeguati alle situazioni presenti in rete evitando così applicazioni dannose per l’apparec-chiatura di rifasamento.Quattro le batterie disponibili sul modello RDM base con display a led e funzionalità minime. Quattro, sei e dodici sono invece le batterie disponibili sul modello RDM standard con display a cristalli liquidi di serie, utilissimo per visualizzare i valori in gioco e le segnalazioni degli allarmi in corso. Our automatic power factor correction regulators are developed on the basis of powerful mi-croprocessors which perform complex logarithm calculations and obtain information which are necessary, not only for the correct functioning of the equipment in an appropriate way, but also to analyze the electrical events which the equipment is subjected to. This gives the possibility to adopt criteria which are suitable for the situations in the network thus avoiding harmful ap-plications to affect the power factor correction equipment.Four batteries are available for the RDM base model with LED display and minimum features.Four, six and twelve batteries are instead available for the RDM standard model with LCD dis-play, useful to display the values at stake and reports of underway alarms.As an option, the RS485 communication network completes the regulators features and makes them at the forefront of the managing of the active and reactive energy ratio.

The ALF and ALT power factor correction automatic systems drawn on the tradition-al concept of power factor correction with solutions for all types of systems. Suitable in particular for heavy power, these de-vices solve the problems arising both from light harmonics and from harmonics that are very important. The use of harmonic filter reactors tuned to different frequency values allows to adopt these devices even for systems with a different harmonic spectrum . The devices are composed of modular racks so that, on request, you can create solutions with a view to doing future expansions.

Also known as low healt systems, they are built to optimize the inside temperature which, if too high, damages and under-mines the correct functioning of the sys-tem.

I cassetti Mo-dul 3 sono realizzabili con condensatori standard e con conden-satori e reattanze di filtro accordate alle varie frequenze di taglio.
