NOTIFICATION FOR EXAMINATION

The A.P.Paramedical Board of Examinations will be conducting SupplementaryExaminations for various paramedical courses admitted students in Andhra Pradesh.

Applications are invited from all supplementary candidates for variousparamedical courses which are to be held in the month of November'2020. They arerequested to apply for appearing the examinations through principals of theconcerned Government and Private Institutions respectively.

The Schedule of the Examinations and fee particulars are as follows:

7 Dates of Practical Examinations 06.11.2020 onwardsPayment of Fees:The examination fee shall be remitted to Account Number No.116610100038842 of Andhra Bank, Bharathi Nagar Branch,Vijayawadathrough online from any branch of Andhra Bank in the name of "TheSecretary, Andhra Pradesh Para Medical Board, Vijayawada" and the receipt ofthe same to be enclosed to the Application. The fee particulars are as follows:

1 For full Diploma Course Rs.1500/-

2 For two or more subjects Rs.750/-

3 Single subject Rs.400/-

(Theory and Practical of the same subject will be treated as One (1) Subject)

The Designated Medical Colleges as Examination Centers (DMCE's) maycollect Rs. 100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) from the applicant for each filled-inapplication towards (a) Stationery, Postage, Photostat copies, (b) Otherincidentals viz., TA, DA to the persons who carry exam material, (c)Remuneration to the Clerk / In-Charge in the section concerned who attends theExamination work @ Rs.50/- per each application.

INSTRUCTIONS TO FILL UP ONLINE APPLICATION:-

1. The Name should be entered as recorded in sse Marks List. No corrections willbe made after submitting the application in APPMB Office.

2. Once Fees paid, it is not refundable/adjustable.

3. Supplementary candidates need not enter Internal Marks and attendance.4. Applications will be rejected with an attendance of below 75 %.

5. The uploaded photo should be in colour and the size is in between 25kb to 150kb

and pixels in between 448 * 336 pixels.Black & White, Blurred and damaged

photos on applications will be rejected. Photo can be reuploaded. In case ofrejection for not being as per norms.

6. Photo background should be in plain.

7. After first login, please update your password by using change password option.8. The downloaded applications should be in colour print.

9. After submitting all the applications in colleges login, Please go through your "List

of Applications" option, take the printout and get applications list with the signature

of the principal with seal of the institution and handover all the applications inAPPMB Office.

10.The attached photo in the application (Printout) which will be is submitted in

APPMB office, must be attested by the Principal along with theCollege Seal without fail. Otherwise the application will be rejected..

INSTRUCTIONS TO THE PRINCIPALS OF PARAMEDICAL INSTITUTIONS

****The Application form for Examination and other details are available in Websitewww.appmb.co.in .

All the Principals of Paramedical Institutions are requested to:

1. Enclose copy of the approved list of selected candidates as acknowledged by theA.P.Paramedical Board along with SSC Marks Memo and Intermediate PassCertificate Xerox copies.

2. Enclose copy of the previous hall ticket along with the application form in case ofsupplementary candidates.

3. Application should be signed with seal and email address of principal ParamedicalInstitutions for correspondence with signature of the candidate, and Principal ofthe Paramedical Institute.

4. After approval by the Secretary, APPMB, download the hall tickets from theirrespective institutes.

5. Each theory paper: 100marks (i.e., question paper for 80 marks + 20 internalmarks). Practical examination for 60 marks (i.e., two experiments at @ 15markseach + viva @20marks + spotters@10marks). For DMLT there will be 3 practicalexams.
