Select the desired golf course to add a scorecard;

Choose an appropriate tee based on your skill level;

Use GPS map or scorecard view only;

Select whether your round is 9 or 18 holes; both score types count towards your Handicap Index;

Add friends to track scores and play games; your friends’ scores will not be applied towards their Handicap Index but can be shared;

Start tracking score live; hole by hole.

Select one of three game formats;

Enter total (gross) score;

Enter date round was played;

Submit score; you can edit round details

Use this tool to calculate your Course Handicap: for handicap pur-poses, a Course Handicap is used to determine the number of strokes that a player receives (or gives) on any golf course and for the correct application of net par and net double bogey adjustments.

DEFINITIONS

Course Rating - An indication of the difficulty of a golf course for the scratch player under normal course and weather conditions.

Playing Handicap - For equity purposes, the Playing Handicap calculation determines the number of strokes each player gives or receives, to ensure that all players can enjoy a fair and equitable game when playing with or com-peting against one another.

Slope - An indication of the relative difficulty of a golf course for players who are not scratch players compared to players who are scratch players.
