2 Features of the APM200 2.1 Functional Parts

The APM200 is an integrated cabinet consists of the following functional parts:

Rectifier Monitoring module Power distribution unit Lightning protection unit Temperature control unit Reserved space for batteries Reserved space for users transmission equipment An reserved AC receptacle

With the above units, the APM200 performs the following functions:

    48V DC power supply

Battery management Power distribution Monitoring and communication of the power supply system Lightning protection Temperature control DC Power backup Transmission equipment installation A receptacle for maintenance

    2.2 Installation Scenarios

The APM200 can be installed in the following scenarios:

On a rooftop On the concrete floor On an overhead platform (Note1) In addition, the external cables of the APM200 are simple and easy to install.

  • APM200 System Description

    Commercial in Confidence 4

Note1Since the whole weight of APM200 is very heavy with batteries full configuration, the weight bearing ability requirement is much strict for the overhead platform installation and this installation scenario is not recommended.

    2.3 Environmental Adaptability

The APM200 is adaptable to the following environments:

In structural design, the APM200 can protect itself from the damage caused by the following factors: Water Moisture Mould Corrosion Theft

The open holes in the exterior of the APM200 cabinet help prevent the entry of foreign objects into the cabinet. The APM200 is highly adaptable to outdoor environments.

The APM200 can protect the AC/DC power supply against lightning strokes. It can be installed on a rooftop or on a mountain top where lightning strokes frequently occur.

The built-in rectifier of the APM200 can work within a wide range of AC voltages from 176 V AC to 290 V AC (corresponding to the rated power of the rectifier).

The APM200 has a good control of internal temperature and works within the temperature range 40 to +50.

    2.4 Easy Maintenance

The cables are led out from the bottom of the APM200 cabinet. You can replace faulty parts, maintain the external ports, and connect the cables from the front of the APM200. The rectifier and the monitoring module are hot-swappable. This facilitates the operation and maintenance of the APM200.
