An APM Midlands branch seminar involving a case study based approach of some of Elisabeth Goodman's experiences (in Global Pharma R&D and with RiverRhee Consulting) of leading and facilitating operational organisational change projects, and of using Lean and Six Sigma to support organisational change. The seminar was also planned as an opportunity for the 40 or so participants to share some of their experiences, and for all of us to learn from each other.TRANSCRIPT

Led introduction of a CRO’s operational excellence programme. One-day in-house and off-site courses on Lean and Six Sigma.
One-day in-house and off-site courses and publication (!) on Change Management.
Led cross-R&D champions group and one of four trainers for introduction of operational excellence (lean and six sigma). Led global R&D organisational change programme (governance and processes) using lean and six sigma.
