Program Manager Role• Program Management
• Work closely with GTM team to understand Cisco's priority for partner enablement
• Build network with relevant stakeholders to align the training contents and deliveries
• Share the plans with Disti/ LDSG team to avoid duplication
• Visibility/ Support country team on their enablement plan
• Liaison with vendors and operational team for any issues on administration/ logistics
• Manage learning partner deliveries and pricing and contents
• Progress reporting on partner training, analysis, and management
• Harness business skills and technical knowledge on technology
• Use available tools to manage the trainings effectively
• Interlock with training managers and countries to strengthen relationship
