APEC 2016 CEO SUMMIT - U.S. DELEGATE HOTEL RECOMMENDATIONS We visited several hotels on our recent advance visit to Lima and would like to recommend the
following hotels for U.S. Delegates due to their convenient location as well as reasonable cost.

Accommodation Policy:
Rates do not include 10% service charge or 18% sales tax (applicable only to Peruvian Nationals).
Reservations must be minimum 3 or more consecutive nights.
All reservations must be prepaid ahead of time with a credit card. Credit card number and
expiration date must be sent.
An Advance and Non Refundable Purchase Policy will apply. The entire room stay will be charge
once the reservation is confirmed. In case the charge cannot be made the guest will be
contacted. If there is no response or new credit card information is sent after three days the
reservation it will be automatically cancelled. After the point is guest needs to retake room
confirmation it will be based upon availability

Accommodation Policy:
72 hours prior to check-in: You may cancel without charge. After 72 hours prior to check-in: the
guest will be charged 100% of the confirmed accommodations and services. The hotel will
charge the penalty to each participant to the respective credit card given in warranty, according
to the cancellation policies.
In case of no show, the guest will be charged 100% of the confirmed accommodations and
services.
Participants will have the option of reserving a minimum 4 nights from 13 to 20 November. The
hotel will not accept reservations of less than 4 nights or reductions once confirmed the
reservation. In case you need a reservation for less nights we can only confirm it by charging a
minimum of 4 nights.

Cancellation of Booking. A booking will only be considered modified or cancelled when the
Client receives written notice from the Hotel’s reservation office that such changes have been
accepted.
We accept cancellations without penalties until 30 days before arrival date .
To guaranteed reservation – prepayment will be paid : 30 days before arrival date. The Payment
must be done by wire transfer, the client must send by e mail a copy of the transaction to the
hotel.
No-Show. If a Member of the Group does not show up on the date confirmed by the Client, the
Hotel will charge a penalty equivalent to the total value of the accommodation booking.
Early Departure. If a Member of the Group, or the whole Group, leaves before the checkout
confirmed, the full amount for the nights booked will be charged to each individual credit card
provided.

It is important to inform that the payment of 50% (accommodation) is required by the Hotel to
confirm this reservation. Prepayment must be done by sending an Authorization Form (we
provide) to charge the amount to a credit card.
Since this is a Non Refundable reservation, if a modification or the Cancellation is required, that
amount prepaid would be the compensation for that penalty.
The 50% left for accommodation, must be paid by the guest at the check in.
In case of No Show, 50% left will be charged to the credit card authorized as well.
All Reservations need to have a Confirmation Code provided by our Reservations Executive, to
be considered as ‘Confirmed’.
