HDTV WG proposal Chair – JongWon Kim Involving:

– USC, ResearchChannel, KJIST, KAIST, ANF, Kyushu/Hiroshima Uni, ETRI, I2-BV, AARNet, ANU, …

– ~20 members to start with Focus on requirements and implementations and

guidelines High bandwidth issue

– Only some countries can participate internationally– Other countries may be able to participate domestically,

and pressure for international upgrades
