This year, our Forum is workshop-based and focuses on problem solving in order to help executives “Drive Corporate Strategy.” All participating speakers and workshop leaders will help attendees tackle workplace challenges and will have the opportunity to take those findings and publish them in a case study or white paper distributed to the HRO Today APAC subscriber base. Elliot Clark, CEO, SharedXpertise, Publisher HRO Today and HRO Today Global Elliot Clark is the chairman and CEO of SharedXpertise Media, LLC, which he founded in 2006. He oversees company management and the publication of HRO Today and HRO Today Global, and the related global HRO Today conference series. Elliot has had a long and distinguished career in the human resources services and technology industry. Prior to SharedXpertise, he was the chief operating officer of Kenexa Corporation (Nasdaq: KNXA), a leading provider of HR software and services. Elliot also had a distinguished career in the executive search industry, completing numerous senior executive assignments in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industries, and was active in the leadership of the largest pharmaceutical affinity association in the world, the Drug Information Association, serving on the steering committee of North America from 1994 to 1997. Elliot is a graduate of the Wharton School of Finance and Commerce of the University of Pennsylvania, earning a B.S. Economics, and where he majored in Human Resources. He also served on the national board of directors of the Wharton Alumni Association from 1997 to 1998. Elliot is currently the chairman emeritus of the board of directors of the Ehlers Danlos Foundation, a member of the board of trustees of the Michener Art Museum, a member of the board of trustees of the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts, and a senior fellow at Center for Human Resource Studies at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Peter Carvalho, President Agile•1 With over 20 years of experience in the staffing industry, Peter D. Carvalho has built his career working with multi-million dollar service firms and supporting business development throughout North America and abroad. In 2006, Peter became the president of Agile•1 and the chief operating officer of the Act•1 Group of Companies. His broad base of experience in the areas of workforce management, general staffing, technology, accounting, and finance has been instrumental in the deployment of key Agile•1 solutions, including AllSourceRPO (recruitment process outsourcing), and AllSourcePPS (professional payroll services). His understanding of complex business systems has allowed him to successfully manage multifaceted teams, anticipate industry changes and create the strategies that will lead Agile•1 into the future.

Nicole Cook, Managing Director, Australia and New Zealand, PeopleScout As the Managing Director for PeopleScout in Australia and New Zealand, Nicole Cook oversees the delivery and growth of PeopleScout solutions in the APAC region. Nicole joined the company in 2006 as a manager in the technology business. After assuming leadership roles in technology, Nicole moved to the RPO business managing a team that specialises in the delivery of consulting services including employment branding, recruitment diagnostics, technology optimisation and HR turnarounds and more. She then led the client delivery function for a number of key clients in her role as Head of Client Delivery prior to assuming the Managing Director position. Nicole is an experienced executive with a management consulting background having spent most of her career in professional services roles in both established and start-up businesses. She has extensive experience developing, implementing and optimising technology enabled talent acquisition solutions. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Catholic University of America and an MBA from Melbourne Business School.

Sue Campbell, Managing Director, Asia, Korn Ferry Futurestep Sue Campbell is the Managing Director for Asia. Commencing her career with one of the Big 4 Accounting Firms in Sydney, Sue moved into executive recruitment with a leading consultancy over 15 years ago. Neil Griffiths, Vice President, Global Brand, Marketing & Communications, Korn Ferry Futurestep Mr. Griffiths has responsibility for market strategy, client engagement and thought leadership initiatives across the business. In addition, he also has ownership of our employer brand and change communications solutions and consults with regional clients across multiple industries to enhance their reputation as employers.

Utilising Korn Ferry IP, Mr. Griffiths works with clients to develop global or targeted value propositions, as well as creative strategies to attract, engage and retain talent. With almost 20 years’ experience in the communications industry, Mr. Griffiths was formerly the Global Creative Director at Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS) where he founded the resourcing communications business, managing employer branding, sourcing and recruitment innovation across a broad client base.

Zachary Misko leads the HRO Today Services and Technology Association, a global membership organisation of HR and workforce executives in the U.S., EMEA and APAC regions dedicated to professional development, peer-to-peer networking opportunities and industry-leading educational opportunities. Prior to joining SharedXpertise in 2014, Zachary held both provider and practitioner roles in human resources. May Knight, Managing Director, Korn Ferry Hay Group May Knight has over 25 years of experience from operational and consulting roles in Asia and Europe. Immediately before KFHG, she was managing director, financial services, Asia Pacific at Accenture. She led its insurance management consulting practice providing leadership to client activities and service offerings across Asia Pacific.

Nikhilesh Mathur, Head of Talent Acquisition APAC, Moody’s Nikhilesh is currently the Asia Pacific head of Talent Acquisition for Moody’s Corporation. Previously he led Talent Acquisition in Asia Pacific at The Bank of New York Mellon for over four years. Before joining BNY Mellon Nikhilesh had over 10 years of staffing and headhunting experience across APAC, Middle-East and Europe. D&I and Community Partnership have always been a key element of his work everywhere.

At BNY Mellon, Nikhilesh led the Community Partnership team close to three years, building and implementing programmes that encourage employees to give back to the community in fun and productive ways. He led the organisation to its very first Caring Company award in Hong Kong in 2012. He also founded the HEART Employee Resource Group in APAC at BNY Mellon. Doug Terry, Account Director, Allegis Global Solutions As Account Director, Doug Terry leads the Experienced Talent Acquisition RPO solution for Allegis Global Solutions at Credit Suisse across the Asia Pacific region.
