2 To bid, simply raise your hand until recognized by the auctioneer or one of their bid spotters. Once the auctioneer says “sold,” if you are the winning bidder, you must hold up your hand until the sale is recorded. Your bid, oral or written, is a contract to buy.

3 Payment by the winning bidder must be made to a Cattle Baron’s Ball runner immediately following the item’s sale. All Live Auction items must be paid for by the close of the Live Auction at the cashier’s desk. Payment may be made with cash, check, American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa. Credit cards will be processed immediately following a winning bid.

4 All items must be paid for and taken home (excluding oversized items) the evening of the Ball.

10 All American Airlines certificates for miles must be used pursuant to the terms and conditions set forth by American Airlines.
